HI Big Sister... This page will automatically "refresh" itself every 60 seconds. This will fool your Internet Service Provider into thinking there is activity all the time. And that will keep them from kicking you offline like they were doing before.

Now "minimize" this window by clicking on the "minus sign ( _ )" in the first little box in the upper right corner of your screen. This will hide this page but it will keep it open so your Internet provider will be fooled :-).
